Hello,
In Liferay you can find change password page may appear when user logged in for first time. If you don't need that user changed his password, this may require when you made import of users manually, check this post.
There is few ways to avoid change password page:
1) While creating user throught admin interface, disable checkbox Password Reset Required
2) Disable Change Required checkbox into Default Password Policy. It can be done from Control panel - Password policies - Default password policy
3) Also you can override Lifeay's core classes and set passwordReset property of User bean to false.
